This Month in Wine - Featuring the Incredible Red
So I am going to start writing about new love for Wine and Beer. I just recently set up my mini fridge in my dorm so I can start stocking it with beer and wine. My first wine was a recommendation from the guy working at the Wine Shop. I wasn’t sure where I should start with wine. I know that I am fan of both red and white wines. But I am little bit more fond of the red’s. So with...

Something that really gets to me
The school year has finally started and I have quickly realized how much university can suck money out of you. The average cost for school books and supplies is around $1,130 annually. And I have been able to typically cut that cost down quite a bit by buying my books off half.com. You can generally get books for 50% less than buying them new or even “used” from the book stores around...

Oh Amsterdam!

As the summer comes to a close
So I leave to go back to the States in just 7 days. I can’t believe how quickly this summer has gone by for me. Just visiting so many different countries over the past 2 months as been such a awesome experience. I am so glad that I made the choice to do it. Even though I am sure my parents would disagree with me on that one. But living in England for the past month and a half has really...

I was reading a article today of an issue that I have known about for some time since the practice was started about year and half ago and I feel that now would be a good time to bring it up.
Apparently, the US Customs agent may seize my laptop without any warrant or reason. They may hold my laptop for “an indefinite period” and even copy the data on my hard drive. The average Joe...

Photography
So as you may or may not have noticed. I have started picking up a new hobby, Photography. It has always been something that I liked to do, but not to the extent that I have learned to enjoy it while I have been here in England. I guess that traveling along I have learned that I have to rely on myself to get pumped about going out to a new place. I can’t just look at Mike and go;...

Let there be light!
Good News Everyone! We have light in the bathroom again! Since I have been here living with my aunt, we have had NO light in the bathroom. Currently, my aunt is having work done to the house and the workers had to knock out the power to the bathroom… and they have been taking their sweet time to get back on again. We put a little side table lamp in there to have some sort of light source...
